Below you will find the results of our fall Tryouts.  You have until November 13th at 6pm to accept the offer.  You will need to click ACCEPT OFFER to register and pay the non-refundable  $250 deposit.  If your daughter's Tryout Number isn't listed or if you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to Jason Miller 419-310-3307 or jmiller7@heidelberg.edu.

1. Read the "Athletes Bill of Rights"
2. Identify your correct age classification based on your birth date in the Age Classification chart below.
3. Register for Black Swamp's Tryouts online $30.00 plus processing fee, you must pay online for your registration to be consider complete: CLICK HERE to REGISTER
4. Attend your designated tryout based on your age classification.
5. You will be notified if you are accepted into the Club within 12 hours after your tryout. 
6.  If you are offered a spot on a team you will have 3 days to inform Black Swamp VBC of your decision.
7. Respond to your notification and begin completing the registration online and paying your deposit.
8. We will NOT being doing a make up tryouts in July.  However we will be doing a second tryout in the fall to complete rosters and to give players an opportunity tryout after their school season.

Open Level Teams-Formally National Teams

1. Playing season goes from Dec.1- July 1
2. Team will attend a National Tournament.
3. Practice and Tournament Attendance will be kept (no more than 3 missed practices and 1 missed tournament date)
4. 14-16 tournament play dates
5.  Up to 3 practices per week

6. Cost $2500 + cost of clothing. 

Tentive Open Schedule

Elite Level Teams- 

1. Playing season goes from Dec.1- May 1
2. Practice and Tournament Attendance will be kept (no more than 3 missed practices and 1 missed tournament date)
3. 10-12 tournament play dates. Playing at the "National" level
4. 2 practices per week
5. Cost $1650 + cost of clothing.

Tentive Elite Schedule

Premier Level

1. Playing season goes from Dec. 1-May 1
2. Teams will play in 10-12 tournament dates
3. A mix of 1 and 2 day tournaments.  Most of them being within 1 hour from Tiffin. 
4. Practice and Tournament Attendance will be kept (no more than 3 missed practices and 1 missed tournament date)
5. 2 practices per week
6. Cost $1200.00

Tentive Premier Schedule​​​​​​​

Club Level -Teams

1. Playing season goes from Dec. 1-May 1
2. Teams will play in 8-10 tournament dates
3. A mix of 1 and 2 day tournaments.  Most of them being within 1 hour from Tiffin. 
4. 2 practices per week
5. Cost $1000.00

2. Teams will play in 8 tournament dates
3. A mostly 1 day tournaments.  Most of them being within 1 hour from Tiffin.

Once an item is purchased players won't have to purchase another one the following year as long as the item fits, and jersey #'s don't change.
